Your role:
You will manage and oversee international logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination of sea and land freight, accurate documentation, optimal transit performance, and strong vendor management across global shipping activities.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations for sea and land freight.
- Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, carriers, ports, and airports.
- Ensure accuracy of all export/import documents including shipping bills, bills of lading, licences, insurance, and certificates of origin.
- Monitor shipment schedules, track movement, handle delays, and optimise lead times.
- Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and service agreements; monitor vendor performance.
- Analyse logistics costs, transit times, and carrier performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage insurance claims, damage/loss investigations, and develop contingency plans.

Required experience & qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in international logistics.
- Graduate degree (minimum).
- Hands-on experience in freight forwarding and global logistics.
- Solid Excel skills and documentation proficiency.
Expected salary range INR 12-18 lakhs PA
