Your role:
You will manage and support the company’s IT and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, system security, quick issue resolution, and reliable connectivity across all devices and users.

Your responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and related hardware.
- Manage user accounts, email setups, access rights, and security permissions.
- Perform basic server administration (Windows/Linux): backups, updates, and security tasks.
- Resolve network connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and downtime events.
- Ensure regular patching, antivirus monitoring, and system security compliance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with AMC/vendors.
- Set up new systems, office expansions, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and biometric devices.
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support and ensure quick resolutions.
- Manage data backups, recovery processes, and adherence to IT policies.
What we are looking for:
- Strong understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN.
- Hands-on experience with routers and switches (Cisco, Mikrotik, Sophos, Fortinet preferred).
- Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues quickly and accurately.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Windows Server, MS Office, and basic Linux.
- Ability to represent the company professionally with good communication skills.
- Right attitude toward AI-enabled and modern IT systems.
Required experience & qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in IT support and networking.
- Graduate degree (minimum).
- Experience with firewalls, network security, cabling, and basic server setups.
Expected salary range INR 8–10 lakhs PA
